MSS Solutions, LLC is seeking a Field Safety Manager to join our Charlotte, NC team. This role leads on-site safety, ensures compliance with OSHA, MSHA and EPA regulations, and collaborates with operations to prevent incidents.

The ideal candidate has 5 years of field safety experience, relevant safety certifications or an associate’s degree, and a valid driver’s license. Strong communication and auditing skills are essential for ongoing safety improvements.

Formación

• 5 years of field safety experience in construction.
• Professional safety certification or associate's degree desired.
• Criminal background check may be required.
• Must pass background check and drug test.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Observes job performance and identifies hazards to ensure OSHA/MSHA/EPA compliance.
• Communicates safety concerns to management and Safety Committee for immediate actions.
• Participates in post-accident investigations and assist with documentation.
• Directs safety training, new employee orientation, and drug testing as required.
• Conducts weekly site visits to audit safety practices and identify hazards.
• Inspects company vehicles and equipment for road worthiness.
• Supports pre-job/shutdown planning with the Project Manager.
