Responsibilities

• Provide daily safety oversight for all steel erection activities
• Conduct routine equipment and work area inspections to identify and correct hazards
• Lead toolbox talks and reinforce safe work practices with field personnel
• Maintain an active field presence and build strong relationships with crews and supervision
• Monitor compliance with OSHA regulations and project safety requirements
• Observe work activities, coach employees on safe behaviors, and address at-risk conditions immediately
• Help drive a proactive safety culture focused on incident prevention and accountability

CHST SITE SAFETY COORDINATOR | $51-$57/HR + $150/DAY PER DIEM | BALTIMORE, MD | START ASAP

Work just 3 days per week while earning up to $57/hr plus a $150/day per diem. Sheakley is seeking an experienced Site Safety Coordinator to support a high-profile steel erection project in Baltimore, MD. Schedule: 3 Flexible Weekdays | 12-Hour Shifts | 36 Hours Per Week | 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Project Scope: Steel Erection Safety Oversight
