Job summary

You will document, coordinate, and support safety initiatives, training materials, equipment, and site-specific safety plans across projects. Responsibilities include preparing JSA’s and safety plans, managing safety portals, and working with the Safety Manager and Project Coordination Manager to uphold standards and coordinate inspections, claims, and site

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
• Fluent in English with ability to read and write.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and stay organized.

• Degree in a safety-related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety programs and ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
• Document, coordinate, and support safety initiatives, training, equipment, and site-specific safety plans.
• Navigate jobsite safety portals such as Avetta and ISNetworld.
• Collaborate with Safety Manager and Project Coordination Manager on policies, inspections, and safety-related tasks.
• Prepare JSA's, Site Specific Safety Plans, and QC/QA plans for projects and revisions for access.
