Job summary

Bonded Lightning Protection Systems, Ltd./allG Fabrication seeks a safety lead to manage and coordinate safety programs across projects. You will develop JSA’s and site safety plans, support OSHA compliance, and oversee safety portals such as Avetta and ISNetworld to ensure access and compliance.

The role requires 2-5 years of construction safety supervision, strong communication, and fluent English. You will partner with the Safety Manager and Project Coordination Manager to advance safety

Qualifications

• 2-5 years construction safety supervision experience.
• Pass a criminal background check & drug screen.
• Must be fluent in reading and writing English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overall safety programs to minimize risk and injuries.
• Prepare JSA’s, Site Specific Safety Plans, and QC/QA plans for projects.
• Manage safety portals like Avetta and ISNetworld and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate OSHA recordkeeping and compliance with applicable standards.
• Support Safety Manager and Project Coordination Manager on safety goals and reviews.
