Bonded Lightning Protection Systems, Ltd. is seeking a Project Coordinator II to coordinate and support the construction phases of lightning protection and grounding projects across divisions and locations.

This role serves as the primary contact for contractors, division managers, design, accounting, and field personnel to keep projects moving efficiently. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of construction administration, blueprint reading, project documentation, schedules, contracts,

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in a construction administrative, project coordination, or project support role.
• Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints, specifications, and project plans.
• Working knowledge of construction schedules, contracts, change orders, submittals, RFIs, and project documentation.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs duties and responsibilities according to the Mission and Core Values of the Company.
• Provides project coordination and administrative support for Division Managers.
• Maintains ownership of project documentation and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Serves as a primary point of contact for contractors via telephone and email.
