Job summary

Gulfstream Aerospace is seeking a Site Safety Process Manager at the Appleton site to lead safety program management and continuous improvement across employees and facilities. You will drive compliance with EPA/OSHA regulations and coordinate cross-functional safety initiatives.

The role emphasizes risk management, training, and liaison with external agencies to ensure a safe working environment and robust safety culture at Gulfstream’s Appleton facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Safety, Chemical Technology, Chemistry or related field required or equivalent experience.
• 5 years Safety and Environmental Health experience.
• Strong knowledge of EPA/OSHA regulations and safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor and promote safety policies/programs to reduce incidents and costs.
• Design and evaluate facilities, work areas and procedures for safety improvements.
• Prepare and distribute safety reports and statistics for program effectiveness.
• Maintain and update environmental and policy procedure manuals.
• Ensure hazardous waste handling, labeling and SDS training compliance.
• Coordinate audits with ISO14001/45001 and report corrective actions.
