Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; 13 years engineering experience with 8 years in the specific discipline; 5 years supervisory or managerial responsibility.
• Proven leadership in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
• Proficiency with MS Office and experience working with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and guidance to Engineering Airworthiness Representatives.
• Assist management on certification questions and direction (ODA / configuration management).
• Lead in solving procedural issues impacting schedules for STC/TC/MRA issuance.
• Improve department processes to meet customer and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge in the field and ensure adherence to Gulfstream processes and safety expectations.
• Identify risks early and manage corrective actions to support aircraft delivery commitments.
