Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5 years of Safety/Environmental Health experience.
• Experience leading safety programs, compliance initiatives, and risk management.
• Ability to influence, coach and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor and promote safety programs to reduce accidents and costs.
• Coordinate safety and environmental audits and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain safety policies and environmental procedure manuals.
• Ensure compliance with EPA/OSHA regulations and liaison with FAA/EASA/ICAO where needed.
• Collaborate with external agencies and internal departments for emergency planning.
• Monitor safety expenditures and support workers' compensation activities.
