Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 13 years engineering experience.
• 8 years in a specific technical discipline.
• 5 years supervisory or managerial responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-discipline group of engineering employees and set objectives.
• Directly manage or supervise employees performing related tasks and conduct evaluations.
• Guide certification decisions and ensure schedule adherence for STC/TC/MRA issuance.
• Improve department processes to meet customer and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge in the field and ensure compliance with Gulfstream procedures.
• Identify risks early and drive corrective actions to support aircraft delivery.
