Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Safety Administrative Coordinator to support the Safety Department with documentation, training records, and claims handling. This onsite position collaborates with the VP of Corporate Safety to plan and schedule proactive safety meetings with Regional and Executive Management Teams.

The role includes maintaining training logs, OSHA 300, incident documentation, and preparing safety plans in accordance with customer requirements. Pay ranges from $21 to $30 per hour.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Construction Admin/coordinator experience (safety coordinator experience is a plus).
• Strong telephone and customer service skills.
• Intermediate to advanced MS Excel/Word with macros, databases, graphs, reports and safety documents.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety training records and the safety training log electronically.
• Maintain Safety documentation and facilitate action items on ISNetworld and Avetta accounts.
• Assist in arranging training and communicating with Department Heads.
• Track participation in safety programs and assist in preparing site safety plans.
• Support workers’ compensation, automobile, and property damage claim documentation.
• Maintain OSHA related documentation and OSHA 300 log.
• Prepare ad hoc reports and special data projects.
• Coordinate, schedule, and assist Safety meetings with VP and management.
