Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/SE or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication for cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder translation.
• Production incident experience with a methodical approach to debugging distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain highly available, fault-tolerant systems with strong uptime and safety expectations.
• Identify bottlenecks and optimize performance for low latency and high throughput.
• Define and monitor SLIs/SLOs and error budgets for services.
• Develop monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting for deep system insights.
• Automate provisioning, deployment, testing, and recovery tasks.
• Contribute to scaling strategies for distributed cloud deployments in Azure.
