Job summary

OneStream is hiring a Site Reliability Engineer to ensure platform reliability, performance, and availability across cloud services. You will help design, implement, and monitor scalable systems while collaborating with product and engineering teams.

The role emphasizes hands-on cloud work, automation, and mentoring others in technical areas. A focus on on-call responsiveness and improving operational excellence is central to the position.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of cloud infrastructure and software development experience.
• Experience with AKS or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Implement observability solutions to ensure application availability and performance.
• Participate in on-call rotations and document incident resolutions.
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering to deploy reliable systems.
• Design and influence architectures for large-scale services.
• Maintain high reliability for key services and automated systems.
• Automate processes to improve reliability and performance.
• Update technical docs and workflows.
• Contribute to code reviews and pull requests.
• Implement integrations between Dynatrace, Azure DevOps and Jira.
• Mentor teammates in multiple technical areas.
• Apply SOC/FedRAMP controls with Compliance teams.
