Job summary
MACHINE LEARNING TECHNOLOGIES LLC in Austin, TX is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to design and manage AWS and GAIA/GKP infrastructure, build automated deployments, and improve system reliability across environments.
You will monitor performance, implement SLI/SLOs/SLAs, run incident response, and collaborate with DevOps and platform teams to reduce outages and optimize costs.
The role requires 3–8 years in SRE/DevOps with strong scripting and Linux skills.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure and cloud services.
- Experience with GAIA and GKP infrastructure.
- Knowledge of IaC, deployment configuration, and environment management.
- Experience with monitoring, alerting, logging, and telemetry implementation.
Responsibilities
- Infrastructure design, deployment, and management on AWS and GAIA/GKP.
- Automated deployment pipelines, release support, and rollback management.
- Configure monitoring, dashboards, logs, and telemetry to detect issues.
- Define SLI/SLOs/SLAs to improve service reliability.
- Respond to incidents, perform RCA, and implement preventive measures.
- Develop scripts and automation to reduce manual ops.
- Monitor resource usage and optimize capacity and costs.
- Implement IaC for provisioning and configuration.
