Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure and cloud services.
• Experience with GAIA and GKP infrastructure.
• Knowledge of infrastructure deployment, configuration, and environment management.
• Experience with monitoring, alerting, logging, and telemetry implementation.
• Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, or equivalent observability platforms.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment tools.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across infrastructure, networking, and application environments.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Shell.
• Understanding of Linux/Unix operating systems, networking, DNS, load balancing, and security fundamentals.
• Knowledge of incident management, root cause analysis, and production support processes.
• Understanding of high availability, disaster recovery, scalability, and fault‑tolerant system design.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, manage, and maintain AWS and GAIA/GKP infrastructure for high availability.
• Implement and maintain automated deployment pipelines and release management.
• Configure monitoring, alerting, dashboards, logs, and telemetry solutions.
• Define and track SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs to improve reliability.
• Respond to production incidents, perform RCA, and implement preventive measures.
• Develop scripts and automation to reduce manual operational tasks.
• Monitor resource utilization and optimize capacity and costs.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using IaC tools.
• Ensure infrastructure security and compliance best practices.
