Job summary

Quantum Technologies. LLC is seeking a skilled Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to manage AWS, GAIA, and GKP infrastructure, focusing on automation, monitoring, and reliability. You will design scalable systems, implement CI/CD pipelines, and lead incident response in production environments.

The role requires hands-on expertise in cloud infrastructure, observability tools, and IaC, with collaboration across development and operations teams to ensure high availability and performance.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy and maintain AWS/GAIA/GKP infrastructure for high availability.
• Implement automated deployment pipelines and manage releases.
• Configure monitoring, alerts, dashboards, logging, and telemetry.
• Define SLIs/SLOs/SLAs and improve service reliability.
• Respond to production incidents and perform RCA.
• Develop automation to reduce manual tasks and improve deployment.
• Monitor resource usage and optimize capacity and costs.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning with IaC tools.
• Ensure security best practices and compliant access controls.
• Collaborate with development, DevOps, and platform teams.
• Maintain runbooks, deployment procedures, and incident reports.
