Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in site reliability engineering, DevOps, cloud engineering, or related field.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain reliability engineering practices for production environments.
- Develop software-based automation to reduce manual operations and toil.
- Build and maintain monitoring, observability, alerting, and incident-response capabilities.
- Define and maintain SLOs, SLIs, and reliability metrics.
- Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for complex incidents and automate recovery to reduce MTTR.
- Design and maintain highly available infrastructure and platform services for growth.
- Collaborate with development, cloud, infra, and security teams to improve reliability and deployment stability.
- Promote reliability engineering principles throughout the software lifecycle.
