Job summary

CliftonLarsonAllen LLP is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to join our growing technology team. This position will design, implement, and support reliable, scalable, and secure production systems.

You will partner with development, cloud, infrastructure, and security teams to improve availability, deploys, and operational readiness, while driving automation and monitoring across critical services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in site reliability engineering, DevOps, cloud engineering, infrastructure engineering, software engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain reliability engineering practices that improve the stability, scalability, performance, and security of production environments.
• Develop software-based automation solutions that reduce manual operations, improve efficiency, and eliminate recurring operational toil.
• Build and maintain monitoring, observability, alerting, and incident-response capabilities across business-critical systems.
• Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for complex production incidents and implement corrective actions and automated recovery processes to reduce MTTR.
• Design and maintain highly available infrastructure and platform services while assessing capacity and performance trends to support continued growth.
• Partner with development, cloud, infrastructure, and security teams to improve application reliability, deployment stability, system resilience, and operational readiness.
• Promote reliability engineering principles throughout the software development lifecycle and evaluate technologies and best practices that improve service reliability.
