LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer III to enhance reliability, scalability, security, and operational maturity of cloud-hosted platforms. You will combine software engineering, platform engineering and operational practices to ensure resilient, observable systems.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud environments.
• Experience with AWS services including ECS/Fargate, ECR, EKS, EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, Route 53, Load Balancing.
• Knowledge of containers, Kubernetes, cloud networking, IAM/RBAC, and distributed systems.
• Proficiency with Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code practices.
• Experience with GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or equivalent CI/CD tooling, including GitOps practices.
• Experience securing container workloads, such as image hardening, vulnerability scanning and remediation, secrets management, or meeting security and compliance controls.
• Experience with observability platforms and technologies such as Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, distributed tracing, and centralized logging.
• Strong incident management skills, including technical recovery, RCA facilitation, and corrective actions.
• Experience with Linux administration and scripting using Python, PowerShell, or Bash.

Responsabilités

• Support highly available production services and participate in on-call and major incident response.
• Investigate incidents and service degradation, lead recovery efforts, and develop RCAs with corrective actions.
• Participate in disaster recovery, failover, resilience testing, operational readiness reviews, and post-incident improvements.
• Identify recurring issues and drive improvements in reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
• Design, build and operate AWS ECS (Fargate) platforms and lead migrations of workloads from EC2/VMs to containers.
• Deliver container and supply chain security improvements, including hardened base images, image scanning, vulnerability remediation, and secure CI/CD pipelines, in partnership with InfoSec.
• Support cloud-native workloads across AWS and Azure, including Kubernetes-based platforms.
• Develop automation, Infrastructure-as-Code solutions, and CI/CD improvements to enhance reliability and developer productivity.
• Partner with development, infrastructure, database, security, and operations teams to promote operational excellence and continuous improvement.
