Job summary

CLA is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to design, implement, and support reliable, scalable production systems. You will combine software engineering, automation, and operations expertise to improve availability and performance.

You will partner with development, cloud, and security teams to reduce risk, accelerate delivery, and ensure stability of critical services. This role emphasizes automation, monitoring, and proactive incident response.

Qualifications

5+ years of site reliability engineering, DevOps, cloud engineering, infrastructure engineering, software engineering, or related field.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain reliability engineering practices to improve stability, scalability, performance, and security of production environments.
Develop automation solutions to reduce manual operations and improve efficiency.
Build and maintain monitoring, observability, alerting, and incident-response capabilities across business-critical systems.
Define and maintain SLOs, SLIs, and reliability metrics.
Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for complex incidents and implement automated recovery actions.
Design and maintain highly available infrastructure and platform services to support growth.
Partner with development, cloud, infrastructure, and security teams to improve reliability and deployment stability.
Promote reliability engineering principles across the SDLC and evaluate best practices.
