Job summary

Canon Business Process Services is seeking a Site Records Manager III at our US-PA-Throop location. This role leads the records management program for client sites, ensuring accurate classification, easy retrieval, and compliant disposal of records while delivering excellent client service.

The candidate will oversee staff, conduct audits, and develop information-handling policies in line with corporate and regulatory requirements, including SOX and HIPAA.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree preferred.
• 4-5 years supervisory in a professional setting, records management preferred.
• Excellent customer service and professional appearance are required.
• Strong written and verbal communication; managerial skills are critical.
• Experience with automated records management systems and filing systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee records management program and staff at a client site.
• Ensure easy retrieval and timely referencing of information.
• Analyze RM needs and develop programs to meet them.
• Manage on-site and off-site components of the RM program.
• Create and maintain databases for control and retrieval of information.
