Qualifications

• Proficiency in English.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• MS Office (Excel, Outlook) proficiency.
• Proficient in the use of gauges and measuring devices.
• Demonstrated flexibility within a fast-paced challenging environment.
• Ability to travel on a flexible schedule as needed.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with customers and site personnel.
• Daily communication with stakeholders at the site level.
• Assist Site Leaders or Sr. Site Leaders as needed.
• Train inspectors and validate adherence to process (audits).
• Communicate changes in projects and work instructions to inspectors.
• Document and report non-conformances to Site Leader/Supervisor.
• Make independent judgments for project needs.
• Troubleshoot and solve process-related issues with Site Lead/Supervisor.
• Manage material movements using inventory tools (scanners).
• Work as an inspector when required.
• Comply with Health & Safety legislation and company policies.
