Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English with strong written and verbal communication.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Demonstrated leadership ability and ability to train inspectors.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with customers and site personnel.
• Provide leadership to site personnel and assist Site Leaders as needed.
• Train inspectors and validate adherence to process and audits.
• Document and report non-conformances to Site Leader/Supervisor.
• Communicate project changes and work instructions to inspectors; ensure safety.
