Job summary

TRIGO Global Quality Solutions seeks a Team Leader in Elizabethtown, KY to lead inspection teams, train inspectors, and ensure adherence to process and safety guidelines. The role covers daily stakeholder communication, site relationship management, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

You will support Site Leaders, manage material movements, and contribute to a rigorous quality culture while complying with customer and company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in English.
• Basic Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to operate gauges and measurement devices.
• Flexible, with strong initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with customers and site personnel.
• Daily communication with stakeholders at the site level.
• Assist Site Leaders or Sr. Site Leaders as needed.
• Train inspectors and verify adherence to processes and audits.
• Communicate project changes and work instructions to inspectors.
• Document and report non-conformances to Site Leader/Supervisor.
• Make independent judgments for subjective scenarios.
• Troubleshoot with Site Lead/Supervisor on process issues.
• Manage material movements using inventory tools as needed.
• Work as an inspector when required.
• Comply with health & safety laws and policies.
• Follow TRIGO and customer site policies.
• Facilitate information flow within teams and maintain 5S/6S.
• Collect and maintain company reports and data.
• Use company portals to record audits and documentation.
