You will train and motivate team members, maintain customer relations, and ensure adherence to company and client guidelines. Responsibilities include coordinating with Site Leaders, managing inspections, and reporting non-conformances while maintaining a positive, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook).
• Able to operate gauges and measuring devices.
• Flexible in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to travel as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Work in environments with heat/cold, noise, and machinery.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with customers and site personnel.
• Daily communication with site stakeholders.
• Train inspectors and verify adherence to processes (audits).
• Communicate project changes and work instructions to inspectors.
• Document and report non-conformances to Site Leader/Supervisor.
• Assist Site Leaders or Sr. Site Leaders as needed.
• Collect and maintain company reports and data.
• Use company portals to record audits and documentation.
• Perform inspections when required.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety policies.
