Job summary

Jobtailor in Piney Flats, TN seeks an experienced Operations Leader to manage quality and inventory across a multi-shift distribution site. You will lead a 24/7 Quality and Operational Control team to ensure inventory accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and maintain process integrity across the site.

Qualifications

3+ years of operations experience focused on inventory control, QA, and process improvement in distribution or logistics.
Proven leadership skills in managing teams and cross-functional collaboration aligned with company values.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience developing and implementing quality guidelines and audit techniques.
Onsite daily work at Piney Flats, TN Fulfillment Center; relocation not available.

Responsibilities

Lead a 24/7 Quality and Operational Control team to ensure inventory accuracy.
Oversee quality and operations for a multi-shift, seven-day site.
Serve as primary contact for auditors, finance, and inventory accounting.
Drive cross-functional collaboration between Commerce Platforms, Customer Logistics and Distribution Operations.
Develop and implement quality guidelines, audit techniques, and training programs.
Improve inspection techniques, audit processes, and employee development.
Manage staffing, budgeting, and performance evaluations.
Lead site initiatives to optimize operations, improve customer service, and maintain safety.
