Job summary

QVC Group, Inc. is seeking a Site Quality Operations Manager to lead a 24/7 Quality and Operational Control team at the Piney Flats, Tennessee Fulfillment Center.

You will ensure inventory accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and maintain process integrity across the site while coordinating with auditors, finance, and inventory accounting. You will develop quality guidelines, training programs, and operational plans to enhance inspection techniques, audits, and employee development.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operations experience with inventory control and quality assurance in a distribution or logistics setting.
• Proven leadership of teams and cross-functional collaboration across functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to improve audit and inventory processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 24/7 Quality and Operational Control team to ensure inventory accuracy and detect discrepancies.
• Serve as primary contact for auditors, finance, and inventory accounting, ensuring SOX and company procedures are followed.
• Develop and implement quality guidelines, training programs, and operational plans to enhance inspection techniques and processes.
• Manage staffing, budgeting, and performance evaluations to maintain an engaged, ethical workplace aligned with company values.
