The role focuses on inventory accuracy, process integrity, and compliance with SOX and company procedures. You will partner with Commerce Platforms, Customer Logistics, and Distribution Operations to improve inspection techniques, audits, and staff development while managing staffing and budgets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operations experience with inventory control and process improvement.
• Proven leadership in managing teams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with SOX/compliance and auditing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 24/7 Quality and Operational Control team to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Serve as primary contact for auditors, finance, and inventory accounting.
• Develop and implement quality guidelines, training programs, and audit processes.
• Manage staffing, budgeting, and performance evaluations.
