Job summary

QVC Group, Inc. is seeking a results-driven leader to manage a 24/7 Quality and Operational Control team at the Piney Flats Fulfillment Center in Tennessee.

You will drive inventory accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and maintain process integrity across the site while partnering with auditors, finance, and inventory accounting. You will develop quality guidelines, training programs, and cross-functional collaboration to improve inspections, audits, and employee development.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operations experience with inventory control and QA in distribution/logistics.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams and driving improvements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for audits and inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Leads a 24/7 Quality and Operational Control team to ensure inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Acts as primary contact for auditors, finance, and inventory accounting to ensure compliance.
• Builds cross-functional connections across platforms, logistics, and distribution operations.
• Develops and implements quality guidelines, operational plans, and training programs to enhance inspections and audits.
• Manages staffing, budgeting, and performance evaluations, fostering an ethical and engaged workplace.
• Leads site initiatives to optimize operations, improve inventory accuracy, and enhance customer service.

Where You'll Work

• This role is onsite and will require you to work from our Piney Flats, Tennessee Fulfillment Center daily. Relocation assistance not available for this role.

What You'll Do

• Leads a 24/7 Quality and Operational Control team to ensure inventory accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and maintain process integrity across the site.
• Acts as the primary contact for auditors, finance, and inventory accounting, ensuring compliance and integrity in inventory management.
• Builds cross-functional connections between Commerce Platforms, Customer Logistics, and Distribution Operations, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Develops and implements quality guidelines, operational plans, and training programs to enhance inspection techniques, audit processes, and employee development.
• Manages staffing, budgeting, and performance evaluation, ensuring a fair, ethical, and engaged workplace aligned with QVC’s values.
• Leads site initiatives and projects to optimize operations, drive inventory accuracy, improve customer service, and maintain a safe, secure working environment.

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of operations experience with a strong focus on inventory control, quality assurance, and process improvement in a distribution or logistics environment.
• Proven leadership skills in managing teams, driving cross-functional collaboration, and fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture aligned with QVC’s values.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with expertise in developing and implementing quality guidelines, audit techniques, and operational plans to ensure inventory accuracy and efficiency.
