Job summary

Cherokee Federal is seeking an experienced Site Quality Manager to lead construction quality control on a government project. You will be the site quality lead, implement the Construction Quality Control Plan, verify compliance with contract requirements, and maintain complete, defensible quality records.

The role requires coordination with client quality representatives, project leadership, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years of relevant construction quality experience.
Current Construction Quality Management for Contractors (CQM-C) certification, or ability to obtain it within contract timeframe.
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel and the ability to produce clear, timely, and accurate quality documentation.
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and compliance with the company policy.

Responsibilities

Implement and maintain the project-specific Construction Quality Control Plan.
Serve as the primary site contact for quality and coordinate with client quality representatives.
Establish quality roles, responsibilities, and inspection points for the project team and subcontractors.
Prepare accurate daily quality control reports, inspection records, and deficiency logs.
Identify nonconforming work, issue corrective actions, and escalate unresolved issues.
