Cherokee Federal is seeking a Construction Site Superintendent to serve as the primary contact for on-site quality issues, coordinate inspections, and supervise contractors at Shaw AFB, SC.

The role requires extensive experience in federal government construction, OSHA 30 certification, and ability to read blueprints. You will prepare daily reports and ensure adherence to safety and project procedures.

Qualifications

• 8 years experience in federal government construction or 12 years in related roles.
• Experience leading quality control on multiple projects.
• OSHA 30-hour safety training required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to read blueprints and update plans.
• Knowledge of Fed Gov/DOD Quality Reporting Systems (QCS/RMS).

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for quality issues on the job site.
• Field supervision of contractors and coordination of inspections.
• Creating, collecting, and completing daily reports.
• Set an example on-site regarding quality and safety policies.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
