Job summary

Duke Energy is seeking a PSM Site Coordinator to lead the site program, ensure compliance with 29 CFR 1910.119 and 40 CFR 68, and coordinate with PSM engineers, governance, and station leadership. This onsite role focuses on governance, documentation, training, and program status reporting.

Responsibilities include developing site PSM processes, supporting fleet-wide policies, and driving continuous improvement while maintaining fleet alignment with regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Engineering Technology with 6 years related work experience.
• In lieu of degree, High School Diploma/GED with 8 years related work experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 4 years related work experience.
• Training in Process Safety Management (29 CFR 1910.119) and Chemical Accident Prevention Plan (40 CFR 68) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, ownership, implementation, and long-term management of the PSM site program.
• Collaborate with site PSM Engineers and RRE PSM Governance group to ensure compliance.
• Provide site level reporting of PSM metrics to leadership and governance groups.
• Plan, develop, and facilitate site third-party external compliance audits as required.
