Job summary

Duke Energy Corporation is seeking a Process Safety Management (PSM) Site Coordinator to lead the PSM program at a Regulated and Renewable Energy facility. You will collaborate with site PSM engineers, station leadership, and regional teams to ensure compliant, well-documented processes and proactive risk management.

The role includes developing site plans, training, and reporting metrics, while aligning with fleet-level PSM policies and regulatory standards (29 CFR 1910.119 and 40 CFR 68).

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Engineering Technology and 6 years minimum related work experience.
• In lieu of degree and experience listed above, Highschool/GED AND 8 years of minimum required related work experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 4+ years of related work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Development, ownership, and long-term management of the PSM site program at the facility.
• Serve as single point of contact for site PSM program and report to PSM Governance group.
• Develop site PSM initiatives, provide technical assistance, and facilitate site audits and training.
