Job summary

Duke Energy Corporation seeks a Process Safety Management (PSM) Site Coordinator to lead the PSM program at a Regulated and Renewable Energy facility in the United States. You will oversee governance, training, documentation, and monthly metric reporting, collaborating with site PSM engineers and leadership.

Responsibilities include developing site PSM plans, facilitating audits, supporting fleet policies, and ensuring compliance with 29 CFR 1910.119 and 40 CFR 68.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include an Associate Degree in Engineering Technology with 6+ years of related experience, or equivalent.
• Experience with Process Safety Management concepts and regulatory requirements is expected.
• Demonstrated ability to lead site PSM programs and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, own, implement, and manage the PSM site program, ensuring compliance with PSM standards and regulations.
• Serve as the single point of contact for site PSM and provide site-level reporting to leadership and governance groups.
• Facilitate site initiatives, audits, external assessments, and training for all PSM roles.
• Support fleet-level PSM policies and collaborate with various stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare and maintain site PSM documents, metrics, and status updates; participate in governance reviews.
