Job summary

RIGUP -Midstream Oil & Gas is seeking Planners / Schedulers to support midstream initiatives including pipelines, terminals, and compressor stations. You will drive the integrated schedule from permitting through commissioning and coordinate with multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities include developing Level 1–5 schedules in Primavera P6, monitoring progress with EVM, and resolving constraints to keep projects on track for timely handoffs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of planning/scheduling experience in midstream oil & gas.
• Proven ability to manage complex schedules and critical paths.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory permitting and commissioning phases.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain level 1 through level 4/5 schedules in Primavera P6.
• Balance scheduling for linear pipeline work and facility builds.
• Monitor progress, create S-curves, and apply Earned Value Management.
• Analyze constraints and collisions; perform CPM and float analysis.
• Coordinate outages, tie-ins, and interconnect planning with stakeholders.
• Prepare and present schedule progress to project teams and EPC contractors.
