Job summary

Viridian Group is hiring two onsite Project Managers to run utility-scale solar and battery storage projects from pre-construction through completion. You will lead the site team, own the budget, forecast and schedule, and drive client relationships and reporting.

Ideal candidates bring experience in EPC or large infrastructure, strong leadership, and knowledge of cost control, scheduling, and contracts. Solar/wind/BESS experience is a plus; onsite travel and per diem are included.

Qualifications

• Experience managing EPC, industrial or large infrastructure projects.
• Supervisory or leadership experience.
• Cost, scheduling and contract knowledge.
• Solar, wind, BESS or power generation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site team, including project engineering and construction management.
• Own the budget, forecast and schedule.
• Partner with procurement, estimating and BD.
• Manage customer relationships and reporting.
• Keep projects on contract and in compliance.
