Enervia LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the financial, contractual, and operational performance of utility-scale Solar and BESS projects from turnover through final closeout.

You will partner with Construction Management and field leadership to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contracts, while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in utility-scale solar or similar construction.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and cost-tracking skills.
• Experience with change orders and subcontractor management.
• Advanced Excel and scheduling software proficiency.
• Ability to travel to project sites as required.

Responsabilités

• Own project financial performance including budgets, WIP, and cash flow.
• Monitor costs, productivity, quantities, and equipment utilization.
• Develop forecasts and identify risks early.
• Coordinate with Construction Management on plans and schedules.
• Manage contracts, RFIs, change orders, and commercial correspondence.
• Lead client meetings and provide progress updates.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Safety, Accounting, and leadership.
• Support project planning, resource allocation, and closeout.
