Expert Executive Recruiters (EER Global) seeks an experienced Project Manager - Utility-Scale Solar Construction to oversee sites from permitting through commissioning and handover to Operations & Maintenance (O&M). The position is based at our Arlington, VA headquarters and is fully onsite.

The role requires 4+ years of project management in utility-scale solar construction, with strong budgets, schedules, procurement, and coordination skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management experience in utility-scale solar construction.
• Experience with budgets, schedules, procurement, and cost controls.
• Familiar with solar construction processes and technical drawings.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage solar construction activities, budgets, schedules, and change orders.
• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams.
• Oversee procurement, cost estimating, material planning, and subcontractor agreements.
• Monitor progress, costs, risks, and schedule performance.
• Resolve construction issues, drawing conflicts, and technical coordination.
• Maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar tools.
• Coordinate with inspectors, local authorities, and other project stakeholders.
• Lead commissioning, project closeout, documentation, warranties, training, and handover to O&M.
• Supervise direct reports and conduct performance reviews as required.
