Job summary

ASRC Federal is seeking a Site Project Manager for the Chemical Management Services program to ensure safe, compliant, and uninterrupted delivery of hazardous materials for aircraft maintenance across multiple locations. You will lead a high‑impact team delivering HM forecasting, procurement, warehousing, distribution, and environmental compliance for DoW aviation maintenance operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years managing programs in a DoW environment.
Hands-on experience with inventory, warehouse, HM inventory, and environmental systems.
Experience implementing HM storage/handling processes.
Strong root-cause analysis and corrective-action skills.
Excellent communication across customer leadership levels.

Responsibilities

Manage cost control, schedule, risk, and logistics to meet customer requirements.
Coordinate proposals, budgets, statements, and contract terms.
Utilize BI tools and WMS/IMS for program execution.
Coordinate all warehousing activities and inventory control.
Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations.
Develop, monitor, and report metrics and SOPs.
Lead and direct program staff and explore scope expansion.
