Job summary

ASRC Federal is seeking a Site Project Manager for the Chemical Management Services (CMS) program to ensure safe, compliant, and uninterrupted delivery of hazardous materials across DoW aviation maintenance locations. You will lead a high‑impact team and manage program goals in a dynamic defense environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years experience managing the resources and personnel of programs in a DoW environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost control, schedule, risk, logistics analysis, and apply commercial best practices to execute a program that meets customer requirements.
• Coordinate the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and contract terms.
• Uses Business Intelligence tools, Warehouse Management Systems, Inventory Management Systems, and Hazardous Materials Inventory and Environmental Management Applications.
• Integrate and coordinate all activities needed to execute Inventory Control including all warehousing aspects.
• Understand and apply Federal, State, and local regulations.
• Develop, monitor, and report internal metrics, and write and execute SOPs.
• Direct the work of employees assigned to the program from technical and/or administrative areas; identify opportunities to expand scope and capabilities.
