Job summary

ASRC Federal seeks a Site Project Manager to lead a Defense logistics program focusing on Chemical Management Services. You will ensure safe, compliant, and uninterrupted delivery of hazardous materials across multiple locations supporting aircraft maintenance operations.

In this role, you will oversee cost control, schedules, and risk, coordinate proposals and budgets, and apply advanced Warehouse and Inventory Management systems. Strong leadership and regulatory knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of program management experience in a DoD environment.
• Experience using Inventory Management System, Warehouse Management System, and HM/EPA environmental applications.
• Experience implementing storage/handling processes for hazardous materials.
• Strong analytical and root-cause analysis capabilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with customer leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost control, schedule, risk, logistics analysis to meet customer requirements.
• Coordinate proposals, business plans, statements, budgets, and contract terms.
• Utilize BI tools, WMS, IMS, and HM/E environmental applications to support operations.
• Integrate activities to execute Inventory Control and warehousing.
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations.
• Develop, monitor, and report internal metrics and SOPs.
• Direct work of program personnel and explore opportunities to expand scope.
