GE Vernova, Inc. seeks a Project Management Leader to guide a team of project managers and customer service representatives, driving on-time milestone completion, risk mitigation, and customer satisfaction for Capacitor and Power Sensing orders.

The role ensures timely post‑sales issue resolution, strong performance on OTR projects, and KPI improvements affecting sales, cost, and cash flow, in collaboration with commercial teams and plant leadership.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or. 10+ years PM experience alternative
• 10 years of experience in Project Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain
• Prior People Leader experience

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of Project Managers and Customer Service reps to ensure on-time project milestones and customer satisfaction
• Define Standard Work for Project Management and Customer Service processes
• Perform project, risks and opportunities reviews per guidelines
• Coordinate warranty and post-sales claims resolutions
• Monitor project progress and provide projections for time, revenue, cost, and cash
