Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Project Management Leader to direct a team of project managers and customer service reps in delivering on-time milestones, mitigating risk and ensuring customer satisfaction for Capacitor and Power Sensing orders. The role requires a strong track record in project management, people leadership, Lean knowledge, and experience with SAP ERP; PMP or similar certification is preferred.

Fluency in English (and Spanish) is a plus, and relocation support is available for US-based

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher (or 10+ years of PM-related experience)
• 10 years of experience in Project Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or related fields
• Prior People Leader experience

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Project Managers and Customer Service reps to ensure on-time milestones and customer satisfaction
• Define Standard Work for Project Management and Customer Service processes
• Perform project risk and opportunities reviews per guidelines
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to resolve disputes and warranty/post-sales claims
• Monitor progress and derive projections for time, revenue, cost and cash
