Job summary

Vistra Nuclear Operations Company in Oak Harbor, OH seeks a seasoned Project Controls professional to manage budgets, forecast expenditures, and track variances for multiple site projects.

You will support the Director of Fleet Projects and Site Managers, develop cost estimates, and produce financial reports while ensuring adherence to corporate guidelines and timely payments to subcontractors and vendors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a combined finance, construction or project controls role that includes budgeting, scheduling, project support or project management.
• Knowledge of project controls processes and guidelines.
• General understanding of nuclear operation, practices and processes.
• Collaborative: ability to communicate cost estimates clearly and persuasively.

Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and track variances against budgeted costs.
• Support the Site Long Range Plan (LRP) and oversee project control tools and software.
• Prepare estimates and analyze financial reports; ensure compliance with organizational guidelines.
• Coordinate payments to subcontractors and vendors; ensure timely processing.
