Job summary

• Analytical and mathematical skills to assess budgets and spending.
• Knowledge of Project Controls processes and guidelines.
• General understanding of nuclear operations, practices and processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with project staff.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report project financial performance at the site using KPIs.
• Conduct cost estimation and budgeting for projects incorporating materials, labor, equipment, vendors, etc.
• Create and update monthly forecast for capital spending for the year.
• Assist in the development of the yearly VISTRA Long Range Plan (LRP).
• Ensure consistent work practices and knowledge sharing to optimize project control efforts.
• Manage processes for project schedule, cost, and risk management.
• Support development and execution of comprehensive project plans aligned with site and stakeholder requirements.
• Identify and mitigate project financial risks with proactive measures and regular risk assessments.
