Job summary

Vistra Nuclear Operations Company seeks a Site Project Controller to manage site project budgets, oversee project control tools, and coordinate payments to subcontractors.

The role supports the Director of Fleet Projects and Site Managers, developing long-range plans and monthly forecasts while ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines and KPI-based performance. 5+ years in finance/construction/project controls is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a combined finance, construction or project controls role with budgeting, scheduling, and project support.
• Experience in developing and maintaining budgets and forecasts.
• Knowledge of site financial processes and risk management.
• Familiarity with corporate guidelines and payments to subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report site project financial performance using KPIs.
• Conduct cost estimation and budgeting for projects.
• Create and update monthly forecast for capital spending.
• Support development of the annual Vistra Long Range Plan (LRP).
• Ensure consistent work practices and knowledge sharing in project control.
• Manage project schedule, cost and risk processes.
• Assist in development and execution of comprehensive project plans.
• Identify and mitigate project financial risks; develop risk mitigation strategies.
