Job summary

Vistra Nuclear Operations Company in Oak Harbor, OH seeks a Site Project Controller to manage site project controls, budgeting, forecasting, and cost reporting. The role supports the Director of Fleet Projects, Site Manager of Projects, and Site Project Managers.

You will develop budgets, monitor expenditures, prepare reports, coordinate subcontractor payments, and ensure adherence to financial guidelines and LRP objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; technical degree preferred.
• BS in Engineering, BA in Business or Construction Management recommended.
• PMP certification recommended for this role.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report site project financial performance using KPIs.
• Conduct cost estimation and budgeting for projects across materials, labor, equipment, vendors.
• Create and update monthly forecast for capital spending for the year.
• Assist in developing the yearly Vistra Long Range Plan (LRP).
• Manage processes for project schedule, cost, and risk management.
• Coordinate payments to subcontractors and vendors.
