Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Site Project Manager III to lead site-specific Readiness activities and manage Post Go-Live transitions for EHR implementations. You will coordinate with the Oracle Health Readiness Team and client counterparts, drive project plans, and ensure readiness milestones are achieved.

Travel is ~80%. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in healthcare IT, strong experience with Oracle Health/Cerner, and certifications in project management or healthcare informatics are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, health informatics, business, or related field (required).
• Master’s degree in health informatics, public health, MBA, or project management (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare IT, clinical informatics, or EHR implementation/project management (required).
• Experience managing EHR transitions or post-go-live optimization efforts (preferred).
• Prior experience in hospital/healthcare systems or VA environments (preferred).
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Health/Cerner solutions (required).

Responsibilities

• Manage all communication and relationships between the site and the Oracle Health Readiness Team.
• Manage the site-specific project plan and timeline and drive local site informatics to success post go-live.
• Present content and drive execution of Readiness Support Methodology at a local level.
• Coordinate Event Driven methodology with internal and external stakeholders for specified site(s).
• Work with Engagement Management Team on Deployment schedules and events.
• Coordinate and manage all site call and event execution.
• Track timeline for IMS Updates to the VISN PM and PGL events for MPR.
• Track and manage Readiness Checklist.
• Participate in internal scrums with Site Readiness counterparts.
• Manage site-specific risks and report through Site Readiness scrums.
