Responsibilities

• Support administrative services, workplace operations, and business support functions.
• Coordinate and oversee vendor-delivered services including security, janitorial, food services, and transportation.
• Partner with HR, IT, Finance, and Site Leadership to support requirements and objectives.
• Monitor service performance and drive corrective actions when needed.
• Develop and improve administrative procedures and site support processes.
• Manage employee-facing programs and site events to enhance employee experience.
