Essential Functions
- Support administrative services, workplace operations, and business support functionsrequiredfor business continuity and site operations.
- Coordinate and oversee vendor-delivered services including security, janitorial, food services, transportation support, landscaping, office services, and other site support functions.
- Support workplace operations, workforce support programs, and employee-facing site services.
- Ensure service providers meet established service expectations, quality standards, and performance objectives.
- Partner with Operations, HR, EHS, Finance, IT, Procurement, and Site Leadership to support operational requirements and business objectives.
- Identify operational issues and coordinate timely resolution.
- Monitor service performance metrics and implement corrective action when necessary.
- Develop, maintain, and improve administrative procedures, operational standards, and site support processes.
- Maintain appropriate documentation, vendor records, contracts, invoices, and service-related information.
- Support workforce growth initiatives, startup activities, operational readiness projects, and ongoing business operations.
- Promote a customer-focused culture emphasizing responsiveness, professionalism, safety, accountability, and service excellence.
- Oversee employee support programs, workplace services, and site-based employee experience initiatives that contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
- Coordinate site-wide employee activities, recognition programs, community events, and workplace experience initiatives in partnership with HR and business leadership.
- Ensure workplace services, employee amenities, and administrative support programs effectively support workforce engagement and operational objectives.
- Support planning and execution of company-sponsored events, employee appreciation activities, workforce celebrations, and community engagement programs.

- Evaluate employee feedback related to workplace services and identify opportunities to enhance the employee experience.
- Partner with Human Resources to support employee experience initiatives while maintaining ownership of workplace operations, employee support services, administrative programs, and employee-facing business services.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws, regulations, and business requirements.
- Lead day-to-day General Administration operations supporting facility startup and workforce growth.
- Coordinate site services that support security, janitorial, food services transportation programs, access control, visitor management, office services, and employee support functions.
- Establish operational processes, procedures, and work instructions supporting General Administration services.
- Monitor vendor performance and drive timely issues resolution.
- Support implementation of employee services, workforce support programs, workplace initiatives, and employee-facing operational services.
- Coordinate cross-functionally regarding employee amenities, employee events, company-sponsored events, recognition activities, workforce celebrations, and community outreach to ensure employee support programs align with operational objectives and workforce needs.
- Identify operational gaps and implement practical solutions supporting startup readiness and business continuity
- Support workforce onboarding, facility startup milestones, and workforce expansion activities.
- Supervise General Administration support staff and coordinate vendor interactions as assigned
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum 7 years of experience supporting business operations, site administration, manufacturing support operations, workplace services, operational readiness, vendor management, or administrative operations.
Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial,logistics, distribution, construction, startup, or operational environments.

- Greenfield manufacturing facility experience.
Manufacturing startup experience.

- Site administration experience within manufacturing automotive, logistics, industrial, or distribution environments.

- Automotive or industrial manufacturing experience.
