Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school or college degree a plus.
• ASE certification within twelve months.
• Ability to manage two or more people, prioritize and delegate.
• Strong communication skills.
• Detail oriented with leadership in automotive after-market.
• Possess working knowledge of the organization’s store services.
• Must possess high character and integrity.
• Capable of providing leadership to create a high performance team.
• Enjoy fast-paced work and stay calm under pressure.
• Experience with MS Office and internet research.
• Familiar with customer fleet management software.
• Able to operate in a fleet shop environment with heavy items.

Responsibilities

• Customer Satisfaction
• Inventory Management/ROI
• Utilization of tools to track value-added items for the customer
• Maintain and develop local non-NAPA vendor relationships
• Responds to customer purchase and service questions
• Comply with contract requirements and meet customer expectations
• Collaborate with site/customer management to enhance IBS value
• Understand and maintain the TAMS buy-out PO process
• Ensure correct use of non-company line codes
• Source parts via approved IBS vendors
• Meet service level goals per IBS agreements
• Minimize inventory shrinkage through proper processes
• Receive and store merchandise properly
• Create safe work environment with hazmat training
• Adhere to company/customer policies
• Bar codes inventory and bin locations
• Return non-company excess inventory
• Work with Site Manager on reconciliations and vendor negotiations
• Follow IBS policies and complete operations training
• Use non-company line codes appropriately
• Perform any task as assigned by Site Manager
